Taryn Elizabeth Blanchard 

Taryn Blanchard was a deeply cherished part of the Triform Therapy family for three incredible years. Her light, strength, and determination touched every therapist, staff member, and child who had the privilege of knowing her. She showed us what courage looks like in its purest form — facing challenges with resilience, joy, and a spirit that never gave up.

Taryn taught us that progress isn’t measured only in milestones, but in heart, perseverance, and the small victories that mean everything. Her presence filled our halls with purpose, and her impact on our clinic will live on forever.

In honor of Taryn’s life and legacy, donations made in her memory will be used to sponsor therapy services for children who would not otherwise be able to access care. Through these gifts, Taryn’s story continues — helping other children receive the support, encouragement, and opportunity she embodied so beautifully.
